Step One: Identification
Identifying the source and size of the leak. To ensure you choose the correct size, your MAGNASEAL should be 75% larger than the size of the breach, for best results. Remember, it is always important to ensure the safety of yourself and others in the vicinity before proceeding with the application of the MAGNASEAL patch. If you have taken the necessary safety precautions, such as applying your essential safety gear, then you may continue with the MAGNASEAL application process.
Step Two: Application
Ensure the appropriate placement of the MAGNASEAL before you apply it. The breach should be in the center of the MAGNASEAL. Using the attached straps and D-rings, place the MAGNASEAL patch over the identified leak area. The innovative design of our patches allows for easy application, and the powerful magnets will swiftly attach and form a secure seal over the leak of the ferrous vessel.
Step Three: Adjust or Remove
When the time comes to remove or adjust the MAGNASEAL patch, simply perform the following actions for a smooth removal process. With one hand on the strap, and one hand on the same corner of the MAGNASEAL, peel back from the corner at a 45ยบ angle. Before returning MAGNASEAL to its case, it must be deconned properly and dried.
